This scholarship is for graduating seniors of Pendleton Heights High School in Pendleton, Indiana. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a GPA between 5.0 and 9.0 on a 12 point scale and be accepted to an accredited Indiana public college/university. Applicants must emulate Jennifer's freedom of thought and love life; have the ability to clearly express thoughts and ideas through effective writing; and have academic performance and achievement in liberal arts.
