Horatio Alger National Scholarship Program

These scholarships are for college-bound high school seniors. To qualify, applicants must have faced and overcome great obstacles in their lives and demonstrate the following: a strong commitment to pursuing and completing a bachelor's degree at an accredited US college/institution; involvement in co-curricular and community activities; and integrity and perseverance in overcoming adversity. On top of the award money, winners will receive receive an all-expenses paid trip to Washington D.C. during the spring of their senior year to participate in the National Scholars Conference.
