This scholarship is for students who have graduated or are about to graduate from Titusville High School in Titusville, Pennsylvania. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must rank in the top 25 percent of their graduating class and enroll in an accredited two- or four-year college in a program leading to an associate's or bachelor's degree.
