Florida Council of the Blind (FCB)
This scholarship is for residents of Florida who are legally blind and are seeking a college degree or certificate. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and be high school graduates, GED holders, or graduating high school seniors. Applicants may be enrolled full- or part-time. Recipients are not required to attend college/university in Florida.
