This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors from Falconer Central School District in Falconer, New York. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a "B" or better GPA and embody the character trait of "Service above Self." Applicants also must be well-rounded, have high ethical standards, have good will, and demonstrate involvement in service to the community.
