F. Edward Hebert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program (HPSP)

This scholarship program is for graduate students who wish to earn professional degrees from accredited medical, dental, optometry, veterinary, specialty nurse practitioner, or clinical or counseling psychology programs. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be US citizens with a baccalaureate degree from an accredited school, be enrolled in or have a letter of acceptance from an accredited graduate program in the United States or Puerto Rico, and qualify as a commissioned Officer in the United States Army Reserve. Recipients are expected to maintain full-time student status. Recipients have an active duty service obligation to the U.S. Army of one year of service for every year the scholarship is received. The scholarship award consists of full tuition and a monthly stipend.
