The Donor’s intent is to provide financial incentive and support to those students who are most worthy of help and who will make the best use of the scholarship funds in pursuing their educational goals. Applicant must be a graduating senior from any Roanoke Valley high school and enroll in an accredited two- or four-year college or university to pursue premedical studies.
