This scholarship is for residents of the Borough or Township of Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, or Clear Spring, Maryland. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be high school seniors or full-time students already attending an accredited undergraduate college or university. Applicants must demonstrate financial need and be of good moral character.
