The C.J. McLin, Jr. Scholarship Fund encourages residents of Montgomery County to complete college studies at an accredited institution of higher learning in Ohio, or at a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) school in the United States. Students must possess a minimum 2.5 GPA and a strong record of community service. A detailed essay is required.
