Chester G. Elder Memorial Scholarship

Community Foundation of Carroll County

This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors and alumni of South Carroll High School in Sykesville, Maryland. To qualify, applicants must be accepted or currently enrolled at a college/university and planning to pursue a course of study that will lead to a career in education. The successful applicant will have shown academic achievement and meet the established criteria.
