San Antonio Area Foundation
Student must be a graduate of a Texas high school with a minimum 3.0 GPA between the ages of 18-25; attend Hallmark Institute in San Antonio or Spartan School of Aeronautics in Tulsa, Oklahoma; study for a career in aircraft power-plant or aircraft mechanics; and be unable to attend college without financial assistance. Student must have been employed at some time during high school.
