The campus features a chapel that offers dorm Bible studies, vespers, and prayer groups. The campus also offers the Thrive Center, which assists students in career development, spiritual guidance, academic tutoring and study abroad advising. Montreat also publishes Reflection, a seasonal magazine featuring ministry news, cultural discussions and recent events.
