Kathy is a financial aid expert who works closely with colleges to help them optimize their financial aid award programs to help more students access higher education. Her successful career as a financial aid administrator and enrollment manager spanned almost three decades, supporting several different types of institutions. She also spent five years providing college finance expertise to families as an employee benefit that was free to employees and their dependents at over 150 companies nationwide. Through this work, she learned firsthand how students and families experience the complexities of college policies and communications.
