Caitlynn began her career working at Deloitte and Union Pacific. After some life changes, she decided her skills would be best used as a business owner. Combining her love of teaching, numbers, writing, and speaking- she opened Eldridge CPA LLC in 2018 and hasn’t looked back.

After leaving the corporate office, Caitlynn has been helping women small business owners across the country take ownership of their numbers. Through education and breaking through the fear of money, her clients feel more confident in making all the business decisions, saving money, and growing their businesses to leave a legacy. 

When not running her business and educating business owners, she’s mom to five adorable kids, ages nine and younger, wife to a Nebraska Guard Air Force pilot. She enjoys reading, crocheting, earning her MBA, and enjoying a good podcast on a walk.
